Recent Personal Experience Liver Flush
Before I get into the guide I want to share that my most recent liver flush was successful with little discomfort.
Besides a few times on the flush day when my stomach felt slightly nauseous and a few times when I was tired, all else went well.
Being tired is expected as your body conserves energy to handle the expelled toxins.

My prep phase consisted of organic whole foods and many in-season colorful fruits.
I also feel best performing a liver detox or liver flush in the Spring or Early Summer, so as I write this, it is the first week of June.
This aligns with the natural rhythm of the liver’s cleansing patterns.
This is when the liver is at its strongest, and so naturally, this is the time to put it through a bit of stress to gain a great reward.
The warmer weather also allows us to have an easier time with a liver flush or liver detox.
Moreover, this is when colorful organic fruits and veggies are available here in the USA.
I also prepped my liver with a specific liver tincture formulation to tone, detox, and soften any stones that might be present.
I use livatrex and have for over 15 years when I did my first ever liver flush.

Personal Liver Flush Experience Continued
The other paramount thing is using Oxy Powder during the days leading up to a flush.
This is a safe and effective way to mimic a colonic at a fraction of the cost.
This will literally clean the entire digestive tract, and the key thing to note is this will make the liver flush day way more tolerable.
Instead of having significant nausea, you may have only mild or no issues if you use this leading up to the liver flush day.
The other thing that will make your liver detox more comfortable on liver flush day is keeping your meals simple, whole-food-based, and organic.
This will ensure the liver is not overburdened with toxic processed foods, artificial colors, flavors, and junk.
This flush was more gentle and effective in my experience because I also added binders to mop up toxins.
Think about all the toxins that push out of the liver on the flush day.
You want to continue mopping that up with a binder so that you do not have to reabsorb those elements.
I did not force myself to down the entire 8-ounce bottle of oil super fast, but allowed myself 10-15 minutes to drink the mixture slowly and only drink as much as I could tolerate.
In the past, I had forced myself to drink it all, which led to vomiting because I am super sensitive to oil, even when it is the very best.
I have never been a fan of oil, so the texture and everything about it are not the best.
I also mixed the oil and fresh juice, making it easier to go down the hatch.
And another little tip, if you can’t handle the potent taste of olive oil, you might incorporate a small amount of avocado oil to neutralize it.
Dr Group, the founder of Global Healing, recently posted that he did this on X, so I tried it.
It helped to make it more palatable.
Just ensure the quality of your avocado oil is the best.
The other thing I like to do now that is a super secret upgrade is add in TUDCA.
This can actually replace the epsom salt portion of the liver flush.
This is a bile salt that is potent at cleansing and moving toxic bile out of the body.
In fact, some Doctors that I learn from say you can do a good amount of liver cleansing with this supplement alone.
But there is a specific way to do it: You need to support your liver and kidneys and ensure your bowels are moving.

10:00 AM – The Flush Mixture
Prepare Your Mixture:

- Shake well to combine
Taking the Mixture:

- Only take as much as you can handle – don’t force it

10:15 AM – Rest Position
- Immediately lie down on your right side
