  • 1 cup Cooked Wild Organic Rice
  • 1 cup Colostrum
  • 6 Pasture Raised Eggs
  • Maple Syrup if desired for topping
  • Top with Homemade Probiotic Rich Coconut Yogurt Optional
  • 1 tsp Ghee for skillet

Instructions
 

  • Cook 1/2 cup wild rice by adding in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil and let simmer for 40-60 minutes or until soft. Drain water and if using immediately cool it down first so you don't cook the eggs when blending.
  • I simply run the rice under cold water. Then make sure no water remains. Set aside.
  • Crack 6 eggs into the high powered vitamix blender.
  • Take 1 cup of the cooled, cooked rice and add it to your high powered vitamix blender.
  • Add 1 cup of colostrum powder
  • Blend on high or 2 minutes or until it is blended well.
  • Heat a skillet on low to medium and add a tsp of Ghee. Wait until it is fully melted and sizzling.
  • Add the pancake mixture at about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • They should take a few minutes on each side. Then top with your favorite yogurt or maple syrup.
