Heavy Metal Toxicity and How to Detox

Today we are living in a soup of heavy metal toxicity from the air, water and food we ingest.

Then you can make your own informed decision on how to proceed to do the best for your body.

As much as we all wish to believe we live in a clean environment we don’t.

It doesn’t matter if you feel like you are eating only plants or some how you think you are immune because you eat a grass fed diet or are a vegan etc.

The soil is contaminated, the water is contaminated and the air is contaminated. One of the most contaminated foods is Organic Kale.

A study showed that organic kale had more lead and mercury than many other vegetables. Who knew?!

Is this post meant to be doom and gloom? 

Not so much but it is a wake up call to do something about it so you can take control of your life and your body. 

So that one day you don’t wake up and wonder what happened when  you can’t remember where the keys are or suddenly you have no more energy after an 8 hour nights rest or worse you have some type of deeper issue with a diagnosis of some sort that no one can seem to figure out.

To live as a master in this life or just to live for that matter our frontal lobe of our brains must be in a strong and healthy state. 

Our frontal lobe is where our judgement, our intellect and our will can be fortified. 

If this area is compromised from heavy metals such as:

  •  Mercury
  • Lead
  • Cadmium
  • Thallium
  • Cesium
  • Arsenic
  • Nickel
    …our frontal lobe can not do its’ main job.

Most often people are running instead on emotional reaction and the fight or flight response in the hypothalamus. 

Things that strengthen the frontal lobe are:

  • Good clean water
  • Deep breathing
  • Meditation and stillness
  • An attitude of love and gratitude

These activities prime the brain and body to look to a vision of the future so that we make good judgment calls.

It also can remind us of our true nature….we are deep spiritual peaceful Souls on a learning journey.

If we operate from emotions and live in the past we often create a loop that is not serving us any longer in life. 

Our brains are compromised by heavy metals.

 Every person has likely some level of metal toxicity.

The best way to find out is to do a DMPS urine challenge test so that you provoke the metals out of hiding. 

This will give you a more accurate test of the hair analysis. 

Often lead will not be seen in a hair mineral analysis but once provoked with the urine challenge it comes out.

These metals stated above are not in any way healthy for the body, not even small amounts. 

We have to first see where we stand to get an accurate picture and then make moves based on our findings.

If someone has mercury still in their mouth perhaps their safest move is to consult with a biological dentist and get them removed properly. 

Personal Experience Detox Heavy Metals

Many years ago I had this done and my mercury test during my urine challenge was extremely low. 

I have done and continue to do heavy metal protocols so I attribute my program to these results.

The things I have found to be the safest are first off starting with a meditation and forgiveness practice daily.

Next is resolving food addictions and substances that don’t serve the body. 

These things need to move out as well as if you truly are ready to take control of your health and the frontal lobe of your brain you have to be mindful of how you begin your day.

Then it is next time to clear the channels of elimination. 

To start chelating metals you need to clean the

  • kidneys
  • colon
  • and liver
    ….and then adhere to a low carbohydrate sugar-free diet with emphasis on whole foods 50% raw and 50% cooked. 

Keeping the body nourished with alkaline foods and controlled fermenting probiotic foods and beverages.

Next, you can start cleaning house. 

Some key supplements include:

  • Whole Food Vitamin C
  • or Liposomal Vitamin C
  • Selenium
  • Zinc
  • Aged Black Fermented Garlic
  • Cilantro Essence or Oil
  • Chlorella,
  • And purified clean water with minerals added back. 

Make an emphasis on potassium-rich foods as metals like Thallium compete for the receptor sites of potassium.
