You will need:
Filtered Ice Cubes
How To Make it:
With a hand mixer or whisk take 3 tbs of Sunflower Lecithin and mix it well with 1 cup of distilled water.
Next add a paper towel to quiet the noise in the bottom of your ultrasonic cleaner, with the basket taken out. Put the flask on top of your towel, after which fill the cleaner with water around the flask. Of course you could go without the flask but why chance heavy metals from the cleaner?
Now it’s time to mix 1 TBS of the reduced glutathione with about 1/2 cup of the distilled water and mix very well with the mixer. You can now add it to the lecithin mixture that is in the flask.
Set the timer for 30 minutes and let the magic unfold. You may need to run it several times until no more foam is on the top. If the mixture starts to get too warm you can add a filtered ice cube.
Now take the funnel and pour it into a thick glass jar with a well sealing lid. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy your liposomal glutathione on an empty stomach.
