Improve Circulation with The Humble Red Onion Recipe

Interested in getting immediate results with improved circulation to your heart, face, hands and feet? Well then look no further than the humble red onion! Try these stuffed, baked red onions and eat them often to get immediate results.
Last night I made these for the Fall Equinox after an epic day soaking in  the wonder of nature at the nearby lake. From White Herons soaring and soaking to insects chattering and the winds blessing the waters and trees we could not ask for a more magical experience.
These stuffed onions were such a delight. You could also use Bermuda Onion’s however I used Red. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and and slice the bottoms of the onions so they sit flat on your tray or dish. Keep the skins on and let bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
Next you will want to cut the tops off and scoop out the insides, you want to leave about 2 or 3 onion layers in there though.

Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 40 mins

  • Sauteed Collard Greens and Garlic
  • nuts and soaked
  • Celtic Sea Salt
