Raw Vegan Pizza (NO NUTS)

Hi ya’ll, it’s friday night and it’s been raining all day. It is raw vegan pizza night. This one has no nuts and lots of super food nutrition like chia and wild dandelion greens. Enjoy this as a main course when you want pizza that is highly nourishing and oh so good!

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 15 minutes
Course Main Course


  • 2 cups coconut meat
  • 1/4-1/2 spring water and a touch of stevia to sweeten
  • 3 tbs Premier Research Labs Nutritional Flakes
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ground
  • 3/4 cup grated onion

For tomato sauce

  • 6 sundried tomatoes soaked in water until nice and soft
  • 1 sweet organic tomato
  • a few tbs. of your favorite oil


  • Dandelion Greens
  • Premier Pink Salt
  • lots of Garlic
  • Coconut Oil
  • Ghee
  • Raw Goat Cheese if you prefer an easy to digest dairy option (Optional)


Dehydrate garlic and coconut oil and/or ghee with the salt for a few hours until it breaks down and is tender.
Pour the garlic and oils into a food processor and add in lots minced dandelion greens and sea salt.
Puree this mixture.
Top the pizza with the sauce, grated goat cheese and the Dandelion Puree
Put back in the dehydrator to a high setting for 1 hour or so and there you have it!
