immune boosting soup recipe

When you or someone you love is looking for potent polyphenol-rich foods for cancer support, it’s helpful to understand the more profound benefits they provide the body and to know what to look for.

This way, you will not only be looking for these foods at the grocery store, but your intention when eating will be more focused on more profound healing at the cell level.

A word of wisdom outside the main topic of this post is that cancer, like all diseases, starts in the biofield.

So any polyphenol-rich foods for cancer support can be combined with emotional and psychological health support for root cause healing.

The best books to start out with for this type of more profound psychological healing would be Family Constellations Work, as well as the book, It Didn’t Start With You.

These books will help you clear the ancestral matrix and delve into the root cause of cancer.

Top 5 Polyphenol-Rich Foods For Cancer Support

  1. Cloves with an impressive 15,188 mg per 100 grams.

I will offer a recipe for using cloves later in this post.

  2. Berries such as elderberries, chokeberries, blueberries, strawberries, and black currants are all beneficial choices when looking for polyphenol-rich foods for cancer support.

Berries such as strawberries are rich in fisetin.

Fisetin is a powerful polyphenol that helps protect the body in multiple ways while clearing senescent cells.

You can learn more about removing senescent cells in my course linked below.

 3. Parsley is a powerhouse when it comes to polyphenol-rich foods for cancer support.

It is rich in Apigenin, which is known to lower oxidative stress while triggering cell death in cancer cells.

You can now purchase apigenin concentrated into capsules here.

Studies have shown that apigenin can help fight tumor growth.

4. Apples with the peel are a potent source of quercetin.
Around where I live, there are so many wild apple trees brimming with abundance.

These are the best because they are growing in the wild and have to work harder to get minerals and phytonutrients, so they are more tart than the ones grown in orchards that have an easy life.

Quercetin, another potent polyphenol-rich food that supports cancer treatment, works to induce apoptosis in diseased cells.

5. Grapes, especially red grapes, are loaded with resveratrol, providing the maximum polyphenol-rich food for cancer support.

Right now, red grapes are in season, so now is the time to incorporate them into your diet.

The Healing Power of Polyphenol-Rich Foods for Cancer Support

Polyphenols are a diverse group of naturally occurring compounds found abundantly in vegetables, herbs and fruits.

They are known for their vibrant colors, which make it easy to spot polyphenol-rich fruits and vegetables in the produce section.

Think of the deep colors of blueberries or red grapes, the bright reds of strawberries and pomegranates, or the rich greens of leafy vegetables like kale and parsley.

In fact, this is the time to load up on these beautiful foods to support your healing journey.

Creating salads, teas, and soups with these deeply nourishing foods is key to achieving your optimal health.

These colors are a visual cue to the presence of powerful antioxidants that help protect the body from damage caused by free radicals and inflammation.

What makes polyphenols especially interesting is their role in supporting health and fighting disease, including cancer.

They work by neutralizing harmful molecules, reducing inflammation, and influencing cellular processes that can stop cancer cells from growing and spreading.

Two notable polyphenols to know are apigenin and fisetin.

Apigenin, found in parsley, chamomile, and celery, has proved to be a potent anti-inflammatory agent with the ability to promote cancer cell death while sparing healthy cells.

It also helps block pathways tumors use to grow and spread.

Fisetin, present in strawberries, apples with the peel, and red onions, offers similar benefits.

This compound has sparked interest due to its anti-aging and neuroprotective effects, as well as its potential to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and promote healthy cell function.

Other key polyphenols include quercetin, found in apples and onions, which supports immune health and inflammation control, and resveratrol from red grapes, known for its ability to induce cancer cell death and support cardiovascular health.

By choosing a rainbow of colorful produce, it’s possible to enjoy a variety of polyphenols.

These natural compounds not only enrich the diet but also provide a holistic approach to cancer prevention and overall wellness.

Their vibrant hues serve as a simple guide to picking foods that nurture the body at the cellular level.
