- 4 cups Organic Apple Cider If making your own try green tart apples for less glycemic load or even wild apples this tiem of year
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 inch fresh ginger root sliced
- 1 orange sliced
In a pot, combine apple cider, cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and orange slices.Heat gently over low-medium heat until warm (do not boil), allowing the spices to infuse for about 15-20 minutes.Remove from heat and strain out the spices and orange slices.Serve warm and have the intention of healing on a deep cell level.
