Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Organic Apple Cider If making your own try green tart apples for less glycemic load or even wild apples this tiem of year
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 2 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root sliced
  • 1 orange sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, combine apple cider, cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and orange slices.
    Heat gently over low-medium heat until warm (do not boil), allowing the spices to infuse for about 15-20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and strain out the spices and orange slices.
    Serve warm and have the intention of healing on a deep cell level.
