Polyphenol-Rich Immune Boosting Healing Soup Recipe
This soup is loaded with healing compounds that is warming and will keep your body feeling grounded and nourished. Even the pinto beans are full of polyphenols and they are a bean that typically tests strong on all fields of the bio field. To seal the matrix of any food, you can either add turmeric to savory dishes or cinnamon to sweet dishes or elixirs. This is something I learned from Dr Bob Marshall as a QRA Practitioner. It will make the food complete so the body processes it well.

- 2 tbsp coconut oil - anti microbial
- 3 cloves garlic minced - immune boosting
- 1 inch fresh ginger grated - warming and spleen loving
- 1 inch fresh turmeric grated -seals the matrix of the food or 1 tsp powder if fresh not available
- 1 cup chopped red onions (high in polyphenols)
- 1 cup polyphenol rich kale
- 1 cup chopped broccoli and also polyphenol abundant
- 1 cup chopped carrots which can help get rid of endotoxins in the gut
- 1/2 cup cooked organic pinto beans
- 4 cups of your favorite broth preferably homemade
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Sea Salt To Taste
- 1/4 cup fresh mince parsley to garnish
Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, red onions, and turmeric; sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and softened.Add vegetable broth, kale, broccoli, red bell pepper, carrots, and pinto beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.Stir in fresh lime juice and salt. Serve warm.This polyphenol-rich recipe provides an abunance of foods like red onions, kale, broccoli, and pinto beans, boosting both antioxidant and immune-supportive properties.Garnish with fresh minced parsley to take it next level as a medicinal food.
