- Thoroughly clean your fruits and vegetables.
I like to soak my vegetables in clean water with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide.
Check leafs for bugs, snails and other worms.
- Â If you eat meat ensure the quality of the meat is top notch and that you prepare the food at home in a way that lessens chance for parasites.Â
- Eliminate dining out as much as possible.
- Start to think about how to prevent parasite infections by building your stomachs hydrochloric acid levels up.
Consider Coconut water kefir, Digestive bitters, Apple Cider Vinegar with meals and HCL and enzyme supplementation when you eat.

We no longer live in a time where you can simply do a Hulda Clark parasite cleanse and think you are free of parasites.
