Super Natural Remedies
Gratitude for the Miracle of Life.
These are the ten practices we return to again and again here at the Sacred Backyard. They are not complicated or expensive. They are ancient, embodied, and alive. Each one is a thread in the fabric of a genuinely healthy life. Tap any card to read more and check it off when you have made it your own.
1
Morning Self Love Affirmation
â–¼
Affirm each morning your love and approval of yourself. This creates internal abundance which then draws external abundance and attracts love into your world. When you love yourself and build self worth, you naturally receive more respect from others. Let go, forgive yourself and others, and smile and laugh often.
2
Meditate Daily
â–¼
Meditate in different ways to experience the ever present stillness of your true identity. This stillness flows into your day to day experience and becomes a felt sense of peace that no external circumstance can easily disturb.
3
Yoga: Kundalini and Vinyasa
â–¼
All forms of yoga have a place but Kundalini allows you to feel the radiance of your true essence while Vinyasa brings strength, power, spinal alignment, and skeletal resilience. Together they address the body, the nervous system, the glands, and the spirit.
4
Morning Water and Green Juice
â–¼
Drink 32 ounces of pristine water first thing in the morning. Or make a fresh pressed green juice with plenty of habanero and wild dark greens to build new blood and cleanse against viruses, fungus, yeast, and bacteria. Parasites do not enjoy spice. Juicing is enzyme therapy. Get juicy.
5
Rebound and Move Your Body
â–¼
Whether it is walking, running, rebounding, dancing, or strength training, movement is essential to stimulate the lymphatic system and keep fluid circulating. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own. You are its pump.
6
Hot and Cold Shower Therapy
â–¼
Take a hot and cold shower in spring water or filtered water. Tap water today is far too toxic and radioactive to be acceptable for daily use on the skin. Hot and cold therapy improves the adrenal glands, restores youthful skin tone, and is one of the most powerful daily health strategies available at no cost.
7
Massage and Bodywork
â–¼
Give yourself a self massage with a rumble roller to break up fibrotic tissue and restore soft tissue health, or invest in regular Thai massage. Bodywork is a fundamental tool for releasing stored blockages, emotional challenges, and physical trauma held in the body.
8
Stretch Daily
â–¼
Your body is a living breathing organism that requires daily stretching. A yoga swing is a beautiful tool for deep spinal decompression, or simply learn to stretch without tools. Flexibility in the body cultivates flexibility in the mind.
9
Ground on the Earth Barefoot
â–¼
Go outside barefoot and let your feet touch real earth, grass, or sand. Grounding reconnects the body to the earth's natural electromagnetic field, reduces inflammation, calms the nervous system, and restores a sense of belonging to something larger than the noise of daily life.
10
Nourish Your Soul with Nature
â–¼
Spend time in nature intentionally. Whether it is your sacred backyard, a trail, a body of water, or simply watching the sky shift at dusk. Nature is the original healer. It does not ask anything of you. It simply reminds you of what you already are.
These ten practices are simple. They do not require a gym membership, a prescription, or a complicated protocol. They require only your consistent attention and the belief that your body and spirit are worth tending to every single day. Come back to this list whenever you have drifted. It will always be here waiting for you.

Blessings Beth! Thank you so much for your post and Yes I would love to stop by your blog soon. Yay.
What a beautiful way to start a day. Where do you get your spring water? We are trying to sort a filter system here in Wales, our water is disgusting and chemical smelling. I’d love to bathe in fresh water, we do have local lakes, but its -1 outside! Great to be back in your space. Peace and Much Love, lee
Hi Lee, Spring water is literally all over the globe. You can usually find out the quality of the water by getting it tested or also just talk to locals that get the water from the spring. I am not sure if this spring is anywhere near you: https://www.findaspring.com/category/north-wales but if it is that would be a great option to collect from. I am stoked for you and this food show, i will email you in a bit. Thanks so much for stopping by the sacred backyard, you are always the best ever to have around! xxx
