Best Raw Kale Chip Recipe Ever
Ever pay for over priced not so good kale chips at the store? Not only do most of them end up crushed into tons of pieces but they are often stale.I suggest you create your own fresh, delicious, and cost effective version and make the best raw kale chip recipe ever!Kale is an important nutrient dense plant for our well being promoting the detoxification of xeno-estrogens and providing important nutrients so long as it can be digested. How do you make your kale more bio available? Best way is to heat it in some format. I prefer dehydration to preserve the nutrients or steaming kale as a side dish works great too. In this recipe we will make raw kale chips and dehydrate them for 10-12 hours in the dehydrator on a low setting.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch organic curly kale
- 1 whole bulb of OG garlic
- 1/4 cup Organic Nutritional Yeast
- 1 cup OG raw cashews
- 0.5-1 tsp cayenne pepper or however spicy you like
- 3 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 cup spring or distilled water
- 1/2 one really ripe red bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp premier pink salt
Notes
This is my best raw kale chip recipe. It is loaded with B Vitamins and tastes so yummy. It stores well in an air tight container. I like to take it with me on road trips for easy and healthy snacking. I now use the Samson Dehydrator as it is hands down the best. It’s virtually silent so it won’t be a nuisance. With a glass front so you can see into it, I just love it.
