Benefits of Magnesium, The Miracle Mineral?

Okay, I know that title sounds a bit far fetched but when you start to learn, research and experience supplementation of this mineral you may start to agree.
First let's start off with the known fact that 80% of the population is deficient in Magnesium. Not only due to soil depletion but often because of the stress we are under, environmental toxins, tap water and the way we prepare our foods.
Soil INFO: NPK are often the 3 minerals that are found in the soil today - Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium. NPK actually can bind with minerals and leech them out of our bodies. Even if we eat Organic if we are not replacing our reserves with rock dust minerals we may not be in such a good position, so what to do?

Okay so let's get back to Magnesium. Why is this so important? Mainly due to the environmental stressors we are exposed to, as well as the massive amounts of heavy metals and chemicals in our atmosphere. If you have been exposed to mercury thru fillings or lead through your living environment these elements compete with Magnesium. Often the heavy metals win. This obviously is not the best news ever for your body. It makes it super challenging for the body to uptake minerals and thrive.
As magnesium levels decrease in the body the calcium levels are often in abundance and this displaces calcium to places in the body like in the foot in the form of a bunions or bone spur, in the eyes creating cataracts/vision challenges, in the joints creating stiffness. In the kidney creating kidney stones, in the gallbladder creating gall stones. Wow! What a mess.
Our Spiritual Nourishment: So lets look at this as a fun, problem to solve instead of freaking out and getting bent out of shape. We can surrender and choose to see it as a game. It's all Good because its' all God. We are always okay, and its really about playing the game. These set backs allows us to expand more into who we really are.

For those of you that have been following the blog you know that I have advocated Liver Colon and Kidney Flushes. I still feel they are valuable at different stages in the game however we need to take a look at the root cause of calcification. One suggestion is that a lack of Magnesium in the body due to our modern world causes an abundance of Calcium in the arteries and tissues. These deposits create stones in the kidney and liver. So instead of just doing flushes all the time try saturating the body with Magnesium and dissolve the stones.
I am teachable so I create situations to evolve in my experience. I have benefit from doing those flushes and still choose to see them as valuable tools. However, the root cause eliminates the suffering and opens us up to the TRUTH.
