Youthful Glow Salad

The Youthful Glow Salad

This is not just a salad. Every ingredient is chosen to support natural growth hormone release, hormone balance, muscle repair, and connective tissue healing. Eat it in the evening and let your body do its most powerful work while you sleep.

🌙
Best time to eat
Evening before 10pm for maximum growth hormone benefit
Growth hormone window
Released naturally between 10pm and midnight during deep sleep
🌿
Keep it alkaline
Avoid acidic foods as night approaches so the body can heal and repair
Ingredients — tap each to see its benefit
Coriander Seed
1/4 tsp
Supports the myelin sheath over the peripheral nerve. Strengthens and builds muscle while aiding in fat loss.
Cinnamon
1/4 tsp
Balances blood sugar levels in the body, helping to stabilize insulin response and support healthy weight management.
Horseradish Root IC3
1/4 tsp
A powerful anti-estrogen compound. Indole-3-carbinol supports healthy estrogen metabolism and helps protect against estrogen dominance.
Fresh Ginger Root
1/4 tsp
Supports prostaglandin series 3, the anti-inflammatory prostaglandin pathway that supports hormone balance and reduces inflammation throughout the body.
Cold Pressed Olive Oil or Pumpkin Seed Oil
To taste
Both support prostaglandin series 3 and provide essential fatty acids critical for hormone balance. Pumpkin seed oil is Dodee's personal favorite for its deep mineral richness and zinc content.
Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
To taste
Alkalizing and probiotic. Supports friendly bacteria, aids digestion, and helps keep the body in an alkaline state as you move into the evening sleep window.
Garlic
To taste
Antimicrobial, immune supporting, and rich in allicin which supports cardiovascular health, detoxification, and natural antibiotic action.
Onion
To taste
Rich in quercetin and sulfur compounds that support detoxification, reduce inflammation, and feed beneficial gut bacteria.
Cultured Vegetables
Optional but recommended
A staple in Dodee's protocol. Fermented vegetables deliver billions of live beneficial bacteria directly to the gut, supporting digestion, immunity, and nutrient absorption.
Choose your salad base

If you are oxalate sensitive avoid spinach. All other options below are low oxalate.

High oxalate
Spinach
Rich in calcium supporting deep sleep and muscle relaxation. Avoid if oxalate sensitive.
Low oxalate
Fresh Cilantro
Heavy metal chelation and sleep support. Excellent oxalate friendly choice.
Low oxalate
Arugula
Peppery and liver supportive with natural IC3 anti-estrogenic compounds. Pairs beautifully with the horseradish.
Low oxalate
Watercress
Rich in IC3 and sulfur compounds. Low oxalate, alkaline, and deeply nourishing for thyroid and liver.
Low oxalate
Butter Lettuce
Very gentle, alkaline, and easy to digest. A safe choice for sensitive systems.
Choose your protein
