Liver Gallbladder Flush Protocol
Tap each phase to expand. Check off steps as you complete them.
Weeks Before: Preparation Phase
4 to 12 weeks prior to the flush
- 1Take Gallbladder ND or Gold Coin Grass tincture for 4 to 12 weeks to soften stones. Dodee used 2 tsp daily for 3 months.
- 2Support kidney health with RenaVen or a kidney cleanse formula to address parasites, heavy metals, and toxins before the flush.
- 3Do castor oil packs over the kidneys for 1 hour with organic flannel, old towel, and heating pad. Alternate with liver packs, skipping a day between each organ.
- 4Perform several coffee enemas in the weeks leading up to the flush using high integrity coffee and bile opening herbs such as Billiven opened into the enema.
Key tip
The more thoroughly you prepare, the smoother the flush will be. Do not skip the stone softening phase.
Week Before: Diet and Mineral Support
7 days leading up to the flush
- 1Eat blended room temperature foods only. Raw organic green superfood smoothies and blended nutrient rich soups at room temperature keep the liver warm and ready.
- 2Stay well hydrated with fresh coconut water kefir, bioavailable minerals, and mineral rich juices to keep electrolytes balanced.
- 3Apply transdermal magnesium spray throughout the process to maintain magnesium levels.
- 4Do a castor oil pack over the liver the day before the flush for 1 hour with heating pad.
- 5Eat a clean fat free diet the day before. Only peeled organic apples on the day of the flush.
Timing tip
Best to schedule the flush around the new moon. The full moon intensifies parasite activity and can make the experience more intense.
Day Of: Preparation Steps
Morning of the flush day
- 1Eat only peeled organic apples throughout the morning. No fat at all today.
- 2Take Billiven to open the bile ducts so stones can pass through with ease.
- 3Take 1 tbsp Epsom salts in half a cup of warm water approximately 1 hour before the oil protocol begins.
- 4Perform a high water enema to clear the GI tract before the oil doses begin.
- 5Prepare your coffee enema in the bathroom so it is ready 30 minutes after your last oil dose.
Best time to start
Dodee recommends beginning the oil protocol around 2pm so the flush happens during daylight hours while you still have energy.
The Flush Protocol
4 spaced oil doses at 15 minute intervals
- 1Dose 1: Take 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil with lemon or grapefruit juice. Add hyssop herb to this dose.
- 2Dose 2 (15 min later): Repeat with 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil, lemon or grapefruit, and hyssop herb again.
- 3Dose 3 (15 min later): Repeat with hyssop plus Parastat added. Parasites disturbed by the first doses are now targeted.
- 4Dose 4 (15 min later): Final dose with hyssop and Parastat. Take 2 digestive enzymes with this last dose to help digest the large amount of oil.
- 530 minutes after the final dose: do your prepared coffee enema. This is the most critical step for a smooth experience and preventing nausea.
- 6After the enema: draw a hot mineral bath with Medi Body Bath or mineral rich salt soak to replenish minerals. Apply magnesium oil and calming essential oil after. Blue chamomile was Dodee's choice.
- 7Rest completely. Apply a castor oil pack to the liver if you feel comfortable. Begin sipping fluids only when you feel ready.
Key insight
Doing the coffee enema 30 minutes after the last oil dose rather than the next morning was the single biggest change that made this flush the smoothest ever.
Morning After: Recovery and Clearing
The day following the flush
- 1Take additional Epsom salts in the morning if you feel you need further clearing.
- 2Do a coffee enema to ensure all stones and matter have cleared the GI tract completely.
- 3Prepare and drink the cleansing recovery beverage: heirloom tomato or Premier Tomato Concentrate in water, 2 organic celery stalks, 1 to 2 tbsp premier olive oil, 1 to 2 caps premier turmeric, 1 to 2 caps Allicidin or fresh raw garlic. Blend well.
- 4Do a castor oil pack over the kidneys to support their recovery and clearance of any mobilized toxins.
- 5Rest as needed throughout the day. Allow your body to integrate the work of the flush fully.
What to expect
Even without visible stones, toxins are released and removed via the kidneys and bowels. Gratitude, peace, joy, and present moment awareness are the feelings that follow a well executed flush.
