This is set to release in 2025 and is called The Longevity Arts and the JingMasters Handbook by Truth Calkins.

It kind of reminded me of the amazing manual Survival in the 21st Century: Planetary Healers Manual by Viktoras Kulvinskas. 

A mutual old friend of Truth Calkins and I, the wizard Keith, who has now left the body, loved this manual and lived his life in alignment with a lot of the principles in there as well as through Truth’s teachings.

Keith had HIV and shared so many recipes for healing his body on his YouTube channel.
