Happy Thanksgiving Everyone😊 I am thankful for my creativity to make fun and nutritious meals like this one.
I made mock turkey with coconut meat and the seasoning of fresh rosemary, thyme and sage in the batter made it so so good. It takes a while in the dehydrator but I prepped it in advance and wow I think I’ll make a holiday recipe book 📚
It had a turmeric gravy and another gravy not shown for the cauliflower mashed potato made of south river miso and nutritional yeast. It was the ultimate.
The dressing on the salad was made with raw living Spirulina not from powder.
The sweet potato topping is heirloom walnut, coconut oil and monk fruit.
There is a vegan cheese that I make with Irish moss gel and Mac nuts in the next photo as well as a raw vegan probiotic infused coconut 🥥 cream pie free of sugar of course and with an abundance of fresh ground vanilla beans.💗
And no holiday would be complete without a mocktail 🍸🤩

Greetings from Ketchum Idaho! Idaho has always been one of my favorite states. The last time I was here I was snowboarding on Christmas morning! It’s been a while. Ketchum Idaho is in the backwoods, but its totally an upscale resort town where you can soak under the starry🌌night in a saltwater hot tub and sit by a roaring fire🔥. The first ever US Hemp Building 🚧 Summit was held here over the last few days. I had the pleasure to meet Chris Magwood - Designer and Consultant, Author of Hempcrete Construction and Director of Endeavor Sustainable Building School.
This pic was taken of us in front of the first hemp house built in Hailey, Idaho. Very exciting! The house had a very peaceful and clean energy. I got an epic photo of Steve Allin the founder of the International Hemp Building Association. Glad he could make it all the way from Ireland!

We visited Idaho Base Camp out in the Saw Tooth National Forest where a few other hemp structures were.

I look forward to my next hemp building workshop where I can actually use my hands to make hempcrete and eventually help build sustainable non toxic homes for myself and others 🏡
