Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup organic sprouted walnuts
  • 3 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbs coconut amimos
  • 3 tbsp chick pea miso
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tbsp your favorite savory fresh or ground herbs

Instructions
 

  • Blend the ingredients for a while in the vitamix to get nice and warm. Or alternatively heat up the gravy on the stove top until warm to the touch to preserve the nutrients. Serve over healthy keto mashed potatoes, mock meat recipes or however you wish!
