  • Brew a tea bag of Valerian root or gather 1 tb of fresh valerian roots and brew a tea.
  • Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and let it cool then add 1/4 cup to you favorite mocktail glass.
  • Next if you choose to add honey add this component so it dissolves.
  • Add 1 cup of ice
  • Add in tart cherry juice & sparkling water. And you have yourself a night cap fit for a sleeping monk:)
