Monkey Mylk

Okay here we go with another amazing, phenomenal recipe to nourish your whole being but also rebuild and restore you. With this lovely combination you will know and feel the difference……I present to you what I call Monkey Mylk.
The comparison of Chimpanzees and Humans is quite fascinating if you look into it. Although Monkeys are not quite the same as Chimps, I thought Monkey Mylk had a great ring, compared to Chimp Mylk;) so you get the idea. Chimps and Humans are said to share about 99% of the same DNA. Just watch a clip of Jane Goodall with the chimps and you will no doubt see and feel the similarities in us.
What do they eat? Often you will find them grazing on greens through out the day, although, bugs, nuts/seeds (sparingly) and some fruits compose their Ital Lifestyle. They have tons of energy, strength and stamina to roam the forests happy, healthy and free.

Ingredients

  • Cashews
  • Almonds
  • Brazil Nuts
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Pecans
  • Pine Nuts
  • Macadamia

Notes

After soaking for 6 hours for nuts and 4 for seed mylk simply blend 1/2 cup of nuts in clean water to create a nut mylk. Add enough clean water to make it the consistency you prefer. Perhaps 2 cups.
Next strain thru a nut mylk bag. Now add in the following extras:
Omica Organics Stevia
Dash Premier Pink Salt
1 tbs. Premier Lecithin or Sunflower Lecithin
Blend on high and pour into a mason jar 40% nut mylk and then 60% juice. It will be a creamy green drink! For kids do a 50/50 ratio or for someone knew to green juice. Depending on what you are in the mood for you can make it as creamy/nourishing as you want or cleansing and light.
I learned this recipe from Lou Corona,he always inspired people to this drink when they wanted to slow down the cleanse but keep with the liquid theme. Much love and blessings to Lou, he referred to this as Gorilla Milk and often used Almonds as the base:)
