Wheat Grass Therapy Internal and External!

Hello and Welcome. Today I am excited to share with you the health benefits of wheat grass and applications for its’ use. We are mostly aware of the juicing benefits of wheat grass and today I will share a few other ways that this plant medicine is so incredible.

One of them is to implant it rectally after a water enema. Hold 4 to 6 ounces of wheat grass internally for 20 minutes and enjoy the rejuvenating effects on your intestinal tract for days!. This live, enzyme rich nutrient dense grass will restore and heal up the colon walls. It will directly transfer into the liver and clean up the blood supply. In the beginning you may not be able to retain the wheat grass for very long. Over time this will change. I suggest growing your own wheat grass and/or checking your local farmer’s market to ensure quality and integrity.

Next I enjoy utilizing a combination of fresh aloe and wheatgrass juiced for a scalp therapy. Massage the juice right into the scalp for an incredible therapeutic treat. Leave this on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing. The wheat grass will cleans and strengthen the hair follicles providing vital nutrients to the scalp and brain.

Next I enjoy wheat grass in my bath tub. Yesterday afternoon I enjoyed a wonderful bath with wheat grass freshly pressed and ancient minerals Magnesium flakes to enhance the nutrient intake. Since our skin absorbs things very easily this is a wonderful way to get your uptake of vital magnesium and nutrients!

Here are a list of wheat grass benefits internal and external
