Raw Pizza (NO NUTZ:))

Hi ya’ll, it’s friday night and it’s been raining all day. I actually am enjoying it. I cleaned the place up, scrubbed the floors and cleaned out the bathroom cabinets of anything that hasn’t been used in a while. I took my boars bristle brush and cleaned it really well…then dried it on the heater. Scrubbing the bathtub I could feel the insides of my body get a cleaning and a scrubbing. It’s all connected.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut meat
  • 1/4-1/2 spring water and a touch of stevia to sweeten
  • 3 tbs Premier Research Labs Nutritional Flakes
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ground
  • 3/4 cup grated onion

For tomato sauce

  • 6 sundried tomatoes soaked in water until nice and soft
  • 1 sweet organic tomato
  • a few tbs. of your favorite oil

PureedTopping:

  • Dandelion Greens
  • Premier Pink Salt
  • lots of Garlic
  • Coconut Oil
  • Ghee
  • Raw Goat Cheese (Optional)

Notes

Dehydrate garlic and coconut oil and/or ghee with the salt for a few hours until it breaks down and is tender.
Pour the garlic and oils into a food processor and add in lots minced dandelion greens and sea salt.
Puree this mixture.
Top the pizza with the sauce, grated goat cheese and the Dandelion Puree
Put back in the dehydrator to a high setting for 1 hour or so and there you have it!
